Covers everything your workers need to know for their first day of work before their first shift. Fully customized to your location to cover the basics of safe lifting, walking/working surfaces, links to bloodborne pathogens trainings, chemical safety, how to respond to an emergency, where safety programs are located, how often safety meetings are held, and how to report safety concerns.

One area that clubs miss for safety and health compliance that OSHA is very particular about is bloodborne pathogens (BBP). This training covers everything you need to know about the hazards and exposures workers may come across - even accidentally - and how to safely mitigate those risks.

While security may be on staff, it is critical that other personnel have the skills in place to implement many of the same strategies that a security guard may fill, because it takes the entire team to keep all the workers and guests safe and comfortable.

 

This training covers the basics of what a security event is, how to de-escalate, what you should do to keep a look out for suspicious activity, and how to respond in case of an emergency. This training does not train someone to be a security guard.

This training covers minor non-janitorial housekeeping tasks that workers are responsible for during their shift such as taking out the trash, stage maintenance, wiping up spills, and other minor activities.
